From grant strategy, coalition building, community-led facilitation to community and participant design - we offer it.

Our fees start at $50 an hour & we provide opportunities for organizers and community leaders to be mentored in soft and hard advocacy skills to mobilize systems change in their area of expertise and be paid to do it.

We are on a mission to increase authentic community leadership and participation in state and non-profit services in our Colorado.

What We Do

Coalition Convening & Political Strategy

We equip advocates, non-profit leaders, and agencies with community organizing mentorship and tools to build community power to meet their policy or political goal. We also facilitate and convene multi-organization coalitions and offer support in coalition infrastructure or design. We can manage a campaign with you or support you in passing policies or ballot measures that matter to your community.

Consultation

We provide consultation to individuals, organizations, and agencies who seek to improve community engagement and incorporate community design in their mission, organization or office. Depending on need depends on the project management we may do with you. We offer you a 30 minute free consultation to understand your project goals and propose a scope of work to you which you can then negotiate with us.

Lobbying & Advocacy

Working with many legislative offices we are registered to support lobbying in legislative session 2026 and beyond. Convening coalitions, and making your presence heard in and outside the capitol and local office is what we do, we also refer out to our favorite lobbyists if we do not have the capacity.
