With decades of collective experience we bring specific expertise to non-profits, governmental agencies and offer 3 services from our team of consultants: Project Management and consulting, Workshops and Lobbying and Advocacy.
Our fees start at $50 an hour & we provide opportunities for organizers and community leaders to be mentored in soft and hard advocacy skills to mobilize systems change in their area of expertise and be paid to do it.
We are on a mission to increase authentic community leadership and participation in state and non-profit services in our Colorado.
Workshops & Trainings
We equip advocates, non-profit leaders, and agencies with community organizing mentorship and tools to build community power, while influencing legislation and leading in the policies and services that impact their communities. From legislative 101 to ‘building your bill’ we can work with your team’s goals.
Consultation
We provide consultation to individuals, organizations, and agencies who seek to improve community engagement and incorporate community design in their mission. Depending on need depends on the project management we may do with you.
Lobbying & Advocacy
Working with many legislative offices we are registered to support lobbying in legislative session 2026 and beyond. Convening coalitions, and making your presence heard in and outside the capitol and local office is what we do.
Non-profits & Businesses
Our team of experts is here to help you develop community conscious leadership in your business, project, policy development, program, or organization. We have taken on contracts that involve leadership transition and board development to a focus on diversifying fundraising for nonprofits or strategic planing to support direction.
Governmental Agencies
Government work faces its own challenges. Luckily, we have the expertise to authentically amplify the voice of your constituents, participants, recipients, or anyone you serve.
