Our team offers tiered hourly rates from $50–$150 based on consultant experience, your budget and project scope. We do everything from campaign strategy on the back end to prospecting your next project and facilitating coalitions to move your idea into policy. We offer a sliding scale and work with some pro-bono clients every year to launch their ideas and goals if they align with our ‘for us by us’ model.

• Listening Session Design & Community Engagement - crafting culturally responsive listening sessions and engagement strategies that uplift lived experience and center community leadership.

• Project & Initiative Management - providing structured, values-driven project management to help you plan, implement, and evaluate initiatives with clarity and impact.

• Campaign design and management - from legislative and ordinance campaigns to political, issue-based, and messaging initiatives, we build and guide campaigns that move policy forward, shape narratives, and mobilize communities.

• Lobbying & Advocacy Support - strategic advocacy to advance policies that strengthen equity, opportunity, and community voice.

Our Mentorship Model

To grow the next generation of community-centered consultants, we operate on a mentorship-based structure.

• Emerging consultants join as entry-level practitioners (starting at $50/hr). They subcontract and are often community leaders and young people learning how to shift power and privilege in their communities.

• Senior consultants provide guidance, expertise, and high-level strategy (from $50-$200/hr).

This model strengthens local talent pipelines while ensuring you receive the right level of support for your project.
