Policies, services, and programs are the most powerful when those most impacted are central to increasing their efficiency and impact.

From grant strategy, coalition building, community-led facilitation to community and participant design - we offer it.

Our fees start at $50 an hour & we provide opportunities for organizers and community leaders to be mentored in soft and hard advocacy skills to mobilize systems change in their area of expertise and be paid to do it.

We are on a mission to increase authentic community leadership and participation in state and non-profit services in our Colorado.

Community-Designed Strategy & Policy: Participatory research, qualitative data collection, community voice, policy design, facilitation, coalition building to individuals, organizations, and agencies who seek to improve community engagement and incorporate community design in their mission, organization or office.

3. Strategic Consulting for Nonprofits & Government: Project design, evaluation, implementation support, public-sector partnerships, bilingual (English/Spanish) facilitation

We have taken on contracts that involve leadership transition and board development to a focus on diversifying fundraising for nonprofits or strategic planing to support direction.
