Our trainings are built to strengthen practical skills, deepen strategic thinking, and support leaders navigating complex public systems. Each training is tailored to your organization’s goals, capacity, and community context.

Topics may include:

  • Fundraising strategies for small and grassroots organizations

  • Results-Based Facilitation (RBF) for effective, community-centered meetings

  • Policy advocacy and navigating local/state systems

  • Policy economics and understanding how systems shape outcomes

  • Advocacy strategy development and campaign planning

All trainings are offered at a flat fee and fully customized to meet your needs, whether you are building internal capacity, launching a new initiative, or strengthening leadership across your team.

Skills needed to engage in legislative session include but are not limited to testimony, communications, how to host a press conference, how to host a rally, how a bill becomes a law, who your legislators are, how to navigate leadership and using both direct lobbying and civilian lobbying. This curriculum will prepare your team to run their own legislation and the tools to utilize year after year. They will be equipped with organizing skills and network access with data bases and new tools to track progress. We suggest this to be a range of 20-30 hours depending on how you want this to meet your organizational goals. Curriculum design and production costs are $3,000-5,000 depending on hours.
